In collaboration with Saipem S.p.A., a global leader in engineering services for the energy sector—both offshore and onshore—and with the start-up R13 Technology S.r.l., an academic spin-off based in L’Aquila, we have developed LiSa Hyper Harness: an intelligent safety harness equipped with an integrated alarm system, designed for high-risk work environments.
The device automatically detects its operating context and provides real-time feedback to ensure correct use and full compliance with safety regulations. By combining local alerts with digital data, it supports managers and supervisors in risk management and accident prevention.
The new LiSa Hyper Harness is equipped with smart sensors and connected to a central platform that collects and analyses data, to enhance the device’s effectiveness over time and promote a safety culture based on responsible and conscious behaviour.
This innovation is the result of targeted research focused on reducing injuries, improving worker safety, and minimising human error through advanced technologies.
